The ones with the painted fretboards are the ugliest shite I've ever seen. The second group are much less offensive, but I'd still never wish to be seen with one.

The bottom two in the left column are the least shite of the bunch(I'd actually play that stupid Les Paul with the reverse V headstock) and Wave Race fucking ruled.

Got a deal and bought with the intention of fixing it up a bit and flipping it, but I may hold on to it for a while. It has one tuner replaced and the volume/tone controls are disconnected. The original slider switch is missing and the pickups wired to just a 3 way toggle switch, which is in place ...

I always wanted a Super Sonic until I actually played one and kept hitting my hand on the volume knob. It couldn't be more in the way. Still love the look, just hate the layout.

I've owned and liked both on Strats, but I've only ever preferred maple on Teles.
