My 1976 Fender Bronco Guitar
I bought this guitar in 1980 when I was 14 years old. It was my first electric. I played it in punk bands (Some names of bands: "Three Demented Guys Not Carrying Trash", "Droning Pygmys", "Deathdonkey".....for some reason we felt a need to feature the letter "d" in our band names.) during the 1980's ...

From what you describe you want the J. Everman Fuzz Drive G2 is worth a look (though it is a bit expensive).

I've got mine and it strikes me as more a treble boost type pedal than a clean boost. Seems to give a serious nudge to both treble and bass. Can sound pretty good in some contexts. I've been liking it giving a kick to my Stephenson Stage Hog and Muff Diver. It won't really do a totally clean boost ...

Mobile/Late Night Practice tools similar to the Pocket Pod?
Looking for a cheap, portable, mobile and late night practice tool. I've seen the Pocket Pod but honestly I generally have a distaste for the Line 6 stuff.
What else is out there that is similar?

I think a banjitar (6 string banjo) which is tuned just like a guitar is a fun thing to play - - - gets the banjo vibe while having the same tuning as a guitar.

Prairiewood Midwesterner
I've had this guitar for about 8 months now. Was built by Robert Dixon of Prairiewood Guitars in Minneapolis.
Really great guitar. Kind of a basic, utilitarian guitar like a Tele but with its own thing going. Really well thought through and implemented.
It is all Mahogany with a set neck at 25.5 ...
