I should probably update this with some new pics - I put white button tuners and black (Strat style) pickguard covers on it... I'll try to get some new pics up soon.
I've been busy working on my 71 Compstang's fiesta red refinish. Tough color - it is a bit more "transparent" than the Sea Foam ...

Yeah mine is basswood and I don't like it either, that stuff cracks and dings very easily. It's a really soft wood, almost pine like. Of course, my Stang has taken a fair share of abuse so it's probably partly my fault. I would much rather rock an Alder body for sure. I also know nitro finishes and ...

If he's rocked a shortscale, it must have been a one-off thing or for one exclusive song. He's renown for his PRS ...

I use the TC Electronics Nova delay and it's been extremely versatile and reliable. Not only does it have a separate tap tempo stomp button, but you can program up to 9 of your own presets. This feature is incredible for me as I play in an original band and use delay pretty heavily, so now I can ...

I'll have to go with the Mustang, although I love the Jaguar for it's versatility. I started out on a sonic blue Mustang MIJ from the early 90's just like the ones Cobain preferred. I upgraded the bridge pickup to a Fender red Lace Sensor so I could get some humbucking sound, which was great for ...
