I've seen those new Squier Mustangs, has anyone played one enough to know if they're worth it? I know they're super cheap, but if they're not even half decent then that's a deal breaker. I've got 10 other guitars and none are shortscale so I'm looking for an easy entry first one.

"Kids return": I haven't bought the tremolo arm yet and Staytrem doesn't sell it anymore. Need a tremolo arm for my Squier VM Mustang, what should I buy? Can you tell me where to buy it here in Europe without paying a fortune? Staytrem sold it for 16€ shipping included.

You should play a Squier Vintage Modified Mustang. I have one and I find the neck to be perfect for my taste with a nice 9.5" radius. The Duncan Designed pickups sound great and I don't plan on changing them. To me it's a fun and well made guitar.
