Word, I remember that thread, the easy fix is what kept me from being scared off of these amps. I haven't had a chance to play with it too much, but the clean chan is boomy as fuck and super sterile. I like the ultra chan with a noise gate for teh chuggaz.

The neck is one long piece that goes all the way through the body, with alder wings on the sides.

I have one of their GAD series, and I love it. I got it for $350 used on CraigsList from some dude that wanted to shift it immediately to buy some stupid obama tickets.
