Yeah those are great! I see they that also comes in 135, and it's relatively cheap at that, so now I want to try it. I used to love Kodak Portra 800 but I'm certainly not paying the price that commands nowadays. Anyway, where do you yous guys get film developed? I have a couple rolls I need processed. Also just picked up a like-new Canon AE-1 (OG, not Program) and am eager to try that out. Come to think of it I have a few cameras I haven't run film through

There’s a place I use locally but I think they do mail in orders too. They’re not too pricey and are run by total camera/film geeks.

I've heard good things about Prisma, but they are expensive.

I use a local lab - Not Another Film Lab - or mail stuff in to Brooktree in Illinois.

In other news, I took an edible and bought an old soviet fisheye lens to adapt to my Minolta. Gonna have fun when it arrives.

Yup, great contrast and depth.

Just loaded up some HP 5 on the medium format camera yesterday.

I also just ordered some Kentmere b&w to try out.

So I bought a Fujifilm Instax Mini Evo to travel with, thinking hey it has potential for what some people call a toy, and am actually having unexpectedly silly amounts of fun with it. The filters are quite usable and inspire creativity. I probably will only print like 1/4 of what I take, but having digital copies and getting to choose makes it more than a novelty. At 4.9 MP, there’s pretty much no sense in editing, but that’s part of the charm to me, since it’s like shooting film. Speaking of, if you want, they look just like cheap 35mm. I love it.
