I can tell you that building an all-GFS Esquire will run you around $300, give or take depending on how many bits you already have lying around. I made a tele custom with MIM pickguard and WRHB on it using all new GFS parts except those, and it was around $400.

My uncle brought it by when Mo stayed the night on his way to AlBQ. He just left it so i could enjoy it for a bit. I imagine he'll be taking it back next time he comes by.

1. Yeah if I had it to do all over again, I would have constructed it more like the "Telemasters" that Fender is now offering. However, when I built it there was no such thing -- so I was actually being kinda original, haha.

3. Yes, usually in Oakland/Bloomfield/Squirrel Hil/Shadyside area around Pitt's campus, but occasionally go back to the 'rent's house back in the south hills. Where abouts are you, perhaps we can get together and jam sometime.

nah, yours is better. everything looks more balanced, mostly because of the control plate location. he's right, with a pickguard -- like something in between a jazzmaster and a 50s p-bass -- it would look awesome.

Aeon's is much better looking. It's funny how not having a scratchplate makes it look less sparse.

it's ok, just a cheap sg copy. the only guitar that still has a set of nines on. i wouldn't miss it.
