i think my ideal LP is the "regular" LP custom. That thing is absolutely beautiful IMO. second runner up is an Iced Tea burst LP Standard with zebra pups...mmmmmm
not a fan of the bigsby or the p90's though (in terms of looks only)

It was mounted to the front of his Bigsbys, and wasn't anything but a stage gag. Before loopers actually existed the idea that Les Paul, known electronics wizard and musical inventor, had invented a little box that would layer his wife's voice or his guitar endlessly was actually hilarious or something.
I like the white LP Customs, but not black ones. I like Mick Ronson's because he shaved the black off. When I was a kid I thought alpine white LP customs were the prettiest guitars in the world.
