I'm pretty sure thats a Baldwin (Burns) semi, a bloke I went to school who was in a rock a billy band with had one just like it.

As I said a bloke I went to school with had one, it had the most uncomfortable V shaped neck I’ve ever played. Looked cool as fuck but I didn’t like playing it.

The famous story:
He had a Baldwin guitar and amp set. The guitar got broken in Texas one night, so he popped into a shop and bought Trigger. It was electrified at some point, and he still uses the Baldwin amp.
