i want this, but can't find them anywhere but on UK sites, was it available to the north american market or am i going to have to bend over and take the UK shipping fees?

UK guitar prices + shipping + customs = You'd probably be better off buying a better EB style bass for similar money and painting it pelham blue yourself (reranch sell that colour now).

too bad, would make cool bass VI starting point, being bolt neck, would shipping really be that terrible?

Isn't a Bronco Bass the obvious mod platform for a Bass VI?

yes/no
yes as i own one, no as it lacks the coolness of a pelham blue SG

Pelham blue is a fantastic color, I agree.
But no human is fit to be seen with a pelham blue axe. It's really that cool.

The Pelham Epi Thunderbird was a GC exclusive so maybe this is too. I must say though, while not shortscale, the Epi EB3 is a substantially better value than their EB0.

I've never seen one of these. I would totally consider one if I found one! I've considered one of these to mod the hell out of just for fun.
