Chord tele lulz

anybody got any experience with 'Chord' guitars, specifically their CAL62 tele copies with binding?
I've got tele-lust again (have owned 2 so far) but don't want to spend too much, but wan't to build a bitch guitar with a half decent pickup in it. Just want to know how the neck and body feel, for £74 I'm guessing not great, but how bad is it?
