Rondo used to sell these CNB cases for $59 but I haven't seen any in there catalog. for years. They were much nice that the Douglas cases the sell now.

The new Douglas cases don't have the double neck support

I believe I have one of those for my yamaha acoustic. Very nice case. No idea where to get one similar.
