Liberty resonator

Post by robert(original) »

so..... I traded my fender p/a head for a liberty guitar, apparently a fellow in florida was buying cheap korean acoustics and then modding them to be resonators, well.... he does a good fucking job. there are a few things abou this guitar i REALLY like. the fact that the neck isn't set in like a normal acoustic and actually has a break angle really appeals to me. the medium volute on the back is also a nice touch. the tuners are good, the nut is stock, but cut well. the fretting is superb. the spider cone is really articulated well, and easily ajusted. plus the laminated metal top just looks fucking badass. and the logo is pretty cool too, reminds me of the old tiesco/kay logos.
anywho
PICS!

and these are some harps i found at a pawn shop the other day, the one in front really is 99.99, and its FUCKING HUGE! the one in the back right is a normal sized harp if that gives you any indication of the actual size(its around 12 inches)
