It's meant to be butterscotch, that's the Special Edition Affinity Tele. They're more amber in person.

Maybe I already asked here about affinity Tele, but I'll do it again. How do you describe the neck? Some reviewers say that it is thin, others that it is almost chunky, but all agree that it is narrow at the nut(comparing to what?).
Is the neck pocket the right size to accept "regular" Tele neck(MIM, Mighty Mite, etc.)?

Squier Affinity/Standard necks are way nicer than MIM Standard to my hands, which is probably what you hear them most regularly compared to as that was the following price tier before the CV series. They're thinner and narrower. HOWEVER they're also made of weak-ass maple that bends too easily sometimes. YMMV. My friend had an Affinity Strat for like 16 years with a lovely neck that just got lovelier and lovelier; my 2004 Squier Standard Tele had a nice thin neck too compared to the boaty chunk of the MIM Standard profile of the day.

You can bolt other Fender necks to them but bear in mind you'll need shorter screws as the Affinity bodies are thinner than vintage/MIM/Japanese/American/licensed replacement/most offbrand.

That's not mine, but the stock Affinity/Standard series Tele pickups are cheapo ceramics that have been beefed up with 500k pots. They get the traditional Tele sounds, just not the traditional way (to be fair this is true of any Tele under $700 or so these days). I've had a Squier Standard Tele with such a setup, felt no need to change them at the time.
