What I find fascinating with the microkorg is that, apart from the one that came with built in speakers and an additional two sound banks, the core offering hasn't changed at all for two (technically more, since the guys are simply an MS2000) decades.

Anyway, here's the new colour scheme: PRISONKORG!

Having owned a Microkorg for nearly twenty years myself, I look at these new colour schemes and I'm a little jealous. I love mine and I even love its looks, but a fresh look would be nice. But, obviously, not for £300+.

And anyway, twenty years for this one and that lovely transparent plastic will be piss-yellow.

I got mine around 2010ish and had some money issues and sold it around 2022.

Really enjoyed playing it (not much of a keyboard player, but for little background arpeggios/bass).

Having nostalgic feelings, want to get it back. :D

But this plastic one, idk.. aging plastic thing and just looks a bit too "moderny"/iphone/earphones from china etc., but ya.

They've got a Mark 2 now (different synth rather than just different colour).

Available in three non-transparent-potentially-urine-resembling colours:

I guess if the uriney look was something you were interested in then the white might tend towards that as it ages?

I miss the puke beige aging color of old computers. Bonus points if some parts aged to color of puke.

This Mark2 has some touchey screen and what not.. dosnt that make the "Ana*ogness" loose some charm ?
