I changed the e-mail on my profile from one that was deactivated, and was locked out of the LimpDickCheney until I could confirm the change via an email from the now nonexistent e-mail account. I like the name I have now better anyway.stewart wrote:that account was active here, though.WaldoJeffers wrote:Yeah. That's me.stewart wrote: not LimpDickCheney?

If someone had sent me money and I disappeared, then I certainly wouldn't reappear. No bad blood, no conspiracy, no board member meet up that resulted in a hacked-up body in a steamer trunk, no dead hooker in Vegas... just couldn't log on with the old name... simple as that. Waldo Jeffers is non-political (from the Velvet Underground song), and I like it better that way.Fran wrote:Didn't you rip somebody off on here? Someone sent you money and you disappeared. Ha! Weird, i thought i had a awesome ghost that was changing my settings on my amp and fixing my tone but as it turns out...it was just my wifes cat rubbing on the amp. He always turns everything up though so i like him way more lately.othomas2 wrote:I think the cat spotted the rat !!!
Nice gear you got there.
Thanks

??kapepepper wrote: well, the coronado and viking are almost copies at first sight but they are two totally different animals
The viking is semi hollow (has a block under the bridge), is very light, pick ups are more responsive (stronger... hope you knwo what iw ant to say), neck is very thin (but also very fast)
But at the other hand: the coronado is beautifull crafted instrument (finish, neck bindings,...). in that way the hagstrom feels a bit cheaper. Coronado Pick Ups are relatively weak and the guitar is not as resonant as is the hagstrom...
so, in the end, it is difficult to say which I prefer, and I think I just have to keep both
The Coronado has a block under the bridge too. And i have a couple of chrome pickups from Coronados and they measure quite hot, around 10K.
Sorry for the late reply.

Here's the ones at my house right now. I've got two (my 78 Musicmaster and my MIM Tele) out with my tech right now.

Top Row: Epiphone Riviera P93, Lâg T66D, MIM Fender Tele Custom, Jag-Stang "Acoustic" (sans pickup until this weekend)
Bottom Row: Vista Jagmaster, Squier Supersonic

I thought everyone knew about the SGuar.
Epiphone G-400
Neck pickup: DiMarzio Humbucker from Hell
Bridge pickup: DiMarzio Bluesbucker
Jag switches: coilsplit for neck / series/parallel for bridge / in/out of phase for both pickups
3 way is neck/both/bridge, and individual vol and tones
SHADOW knobs (chrome knurled dome)
The jack cup thing is a repurposed Duncan straplock, which really is the cleverest thing about the guitar.
