Infact when you order them you can even order what logo you want on the headstock.

The headstock is one of the reasons I went with this one, the Wesley's and others had less pleasing shapes.

Guard: no. It needs a custom cut guard cut to the original. Don't wanna drill new holes in a see thru guitar.
