I've been playing long scales lately:

The strat I just rewired, it's a lot of fun, but most of the combinations I did now are useless, I guess I'll rewire it again once or twice. When I feel like it, that is, sounds fine now.

You need some of the Shad signature series Duncan Designed DETONATOR humbuckers.

You might also need a black pickguard to really Shad that bitch out.

Yeah, to shad it out maximum probably, but I like the stock humbuckers, and the pickguard is really nice: it was white when I bought it new about 6 years ago, and it yellowed nicely.
