Very nice Rob, one of the best looking Strats I've seen in some time.

Amazing Strat. Rob, are you keeping the other two Strats as well?

Thanks guys :) yeah I'm gonna keep the two others. It's the 339 that might be making tracks. It's a great guitar, but I keep trying gibson style guitars and realise I wish they were fenders.
The two custom shop strats ones are my main guitars and I bust out the American vintage 59 for alt-tunings with slightly heavier strings on it.

the collection as it stands, think i'm pretty much set now :) the Bouzouki was a 30th birthday present from efty. The black les paul will be going to dave as a donation from the forum to his music youth project :) with a dedication to kay.

Ah THERE'S the LP. Looking at your current rig I'm predicting a LP Custom in your future...

I love that green Strat. And to me a Sunburst Strat with a rosewood board is a thing of beauty. I still haven't replaced my old Japanese one. I think it still resides with someone here on this very forum...

Tis mine. Once I sort out a few quirks with my new Hurb-master Jazzmaster I'll post up my ex-Scale collection, I have quite a few now.

I know how you feel. I think I may have inadvertently started a retirement home for NickD's old guitars. I really miss that old Strat.

Thought I'd post this, the latest guitar I've saved from the scrapyard:

60s Eko Fiesta

When I got this the neck was off it had no nut and the back was pretty much separated from the rest of the body.

Aye plays/sounds good too. Been playing in my bro in-laws band and some idiot nearly hit my JB-75 (which I've grown Very fond of) with a bottle. So I figured I'd get round to sorting this beastie out for next time. All I all rather pleased with it, cost next to nowt as I used a load of vouchers I got for reviewing stuff.

And it makes me feel like a bit of a Geezer...
