Seymour Duncan DDL

Post by ROBERT(OG) »

Long story short.
I acquired a first run mexico made toronado with a swapped bridge pickup.tried to do the generic Google search to figure out something about this pickup. And I didn't find shit.
I have no idea what it sounds like since the guitar I received it in was pretty much unplayable at the time...
Just trying to figure I have and it's worth cleaning it up or tossing in a "for later" bin.

It’s a Duncan Distortion pickup, the L denotes who wound it at the factory (Lydia) but the model is a SH-6 Duncan distortion. They are a high output pickup, hard rock and metal heads love them.
