The original

Tongue is obviously slightly in cheek here as obviously I just borrowed from various Fender design for the Faux back in 2007 I think. But I do wonder if Fender saw it here.

I forwarded this thread to fender's lawyers and cc'd in the fbi and they say they're assembling a squad of legal goons right now to sue you for defamation

Yeah, love these.

Maybe the upper horn on the Squier one is a tad too pointy? Splitting hairs though. Want one.

People at Fender definitely read Offset and probably Shortscale.

It's an interesting guitar. But then my penis looks eerily like a telecaster headstock and I'm afraid they'll force me to chop it off, film myself flushing it down the toilet and then send them $500k because Leo Fender invented human penises in 1949. I'll try to stay away from them and their products as much as possible because I still like my penis.

Fuck Fender. Buy Harley Benton.

I wonder how long before all big company guitars are designed by AI.

That.

Is a fucking nice guitar. I know they've blatantly copied Hurb, but come on... How could you not?

I did see this and passed it by but I didn't realise it was actually a short scale length. So, not that it matters because I have children and therefore no disposable income (and even if I did, there are things I need to buy for fatherly duties before guitars.... I think...?) but that fact makes me more interested than I already was, which was very interested.

Yeah, I think Fender copied the upper horn on Albert Lee's signature guitar. Music Man should send them a cease and desist.

I Remember Hurbs guitar from way back! I thought I saw those but didn't pay much attention to spec or details. Im positive that someone affiliated with fender used to cruise chat boards. ALL THOSE YEARS ago when I was pumping out shitty copy fender bodies there was one that ended up in the wrong hands, or the wrong person saw it, or I talked to the wrong person. I don't remember honestly, other than I think I got a letter, or maybe it was just an email. basically a "cool story bro, stop selling your stuff as "FENDER"

Guitar Center are currently taking submissions for a "you submit it, we own it and you can't sue" guitar model they plan on selling.

New squier 51 has 4 different shades of white paint and unmatched hardware. Giving me all kinds of bad juju, mojo, and vibe.
