There's one of these in my local guitar shop for £65, I know they're old cheap 60s guitars but that's about it. It played suprisingly nice and the pick-ups had a great garage rock vibe. Anybody know much about these? are they part of the teisco/kay family?
I think i've convinced my girlfriend to buy it me as a very very early birthday present

that bad? i quite liked it in the shop, it'll probably just be something to mess around with at home since my other guitars are usually in our practice space. I love the goofy body shape, could always mod/improve it later
When I was at school, 'Jedson' actually became a by-word for abysmal; ie. 'Jesus, this pot is bad - is it Jedson branded?'. And we all played fucking Marlins and Satellites. Avoid at all costs.
3 of my schoolfriends had Jedsons, oddly enough. They have their charms but not £65 worth of it- if memory serves, the necks are thicker than the bodies!
