About 15% too much? Three twentieths too much? Christ, that's precise.

I agree, god forbid me for not playing a loud valve amp at 8pm while my father is sleeping in the other room because he works graveyard. You're more than welcome to kindly suck my balls + 15%

Tell your Dad to get a proper job. Nicking the bones of the beloved departed is just not cricket - regardless of the economy.

Hey. I thought i'd post my "reasonably new amp." It's a Laney Cub 10. I was gasing for a low wattage valve amp with 6V6s, as a contrast to my Blues Junior. Everything seems to come with EL84s these days!

Anyway, i replaced the stock Ruby 6V6s with some NOS 1950s French production Mazda 6V6s, which are amazing! I can't stress how cool they sound. It's like playing through some expensive boutique amp, or using some expensive pedal. The break-up is real organic sounding and warm. I've got a Jensen P10R coming tomorrow hopefully, which i'll stick in, in place of the stock Celestion Tube 10. Suffice to say i'm playing this little beauty exclusively at the moment.

Here are some pics.

Very nice. Old Fender SF amps are so pretty. I find myself staring dreamily at my Champ every now and then.

It's bandmaster reverb. We've also got a silverface deluxe reverb. These ones:
