Schecter TSH-1

i'm starting to like the look of the Schecter TSH-1 and it sounds an interesting guitar

Only got close to a TSH-1 at NAMM, but I really liked what I saw.

Another part of the Schecter family with a similar look caught my eye as well...would be fun to do an Hoffs with one of these:

The missus has an earlier version, confusingly still called a TSH-1 but a different guitar. It's currently on a boat somewhere on the Atlantic though should be here soon. Seen here on the right.

I don't like the placement of the second toggle switch, and of course that headstock which does nothing for the rest of the guitar, which is a very nice looking design and probably a fun guitar.

It has those Korean G&B type pickups you see in catalogs and eBay, I wonder how they sound.

those headstocks have actually grown on me, for whatever reason.

anyhoo, i think i want it cause it's semi-hollow, 24.57 scale, block inlays, and schecters are just nice to play.
i actually like where all the controls are i think.

They used to have one also called a TSH-1, it came after the one that James posted and before the one posted by Lorez.

I used to have one when I was younger, was great guitar, completely unbalanced though until I moved the strap button. Unfortunately I started playing metal and swiftly sold it, really wish I hadn't though.

Nah I didn't mind that, it got me obessed with technique which only helped my playing. I don't play metal anymore though, I think it was an early teenage years angst thing

I miss the guitar though for all its sparkly charm
