Finished Two Projects: Tele and Jagmaster

Post by SKC Willie »

both projects finished. Tele, I got the body from Haze, neck from Cooter, tuners from Serfx, pickup from Toez, cap from SGJarrod, and Knobs from Rodvon. The only parts I didn't get from SS.org are the pg, gibson switch, and mini-hum from GFS. And I put the coolest switch tip around on it.

Jagmaster I got the body from Rodvon and neck from Serfx. I think it's the Sefx telamaster II. Reverse slanted tele pickup in the bridge position and stock pup in the neck and a Squier tele neck.

Nice job.

I especially like the little pickguard pickup plate and backwards pickup. The bronco knobs work very well, too.

I crafted it! I had an old 1st act pickguard laying around. You can buy them, and in fact, I did buy one but after I ordered it I decided to try to make one myself. I just used a dremel and got it pretty close! After that, I just super glued it to the pg and now you can't really tell that it's not part of the pickguard!

Agreed, the Tele looks awesome.

Speaking of which, is that a Tele pickup in the Jagmaster (bridge position) ??

If not, what kind of pickup is that?

Is the tele body from a Squier CVC?
Look great, both of them.

the only way it would fit was to move it really close to the pots or really close the front.

I figured wiring it would suck if it was so close to the pots, so I chose to put it there!
