Mclusky pedalboards

Post by James »

I saw Mclusky in Cardiff at the weekend and managed to snap a couple of photos of their boards. It may well not be news, but it turns out Falco is now using a Harmonic Percolator made by Frederic Effects of this parish. A quick google suggests its a recent addition but the rest have been on the board for a while.

To me it looks like tuner first, noise suppressor last.

It's interesting that both boards have noise suppressors

What's surprising about this is that they generally have a backline tech as part of the touring party, who I think maintains the pedalboards etc. Someone's slacking!!

Makes sense IMO. They're very cautious of any unnecessary/unintentional noise onstage these days since Falco's tinnitus has gotten so bad.
